Overview of Profile:

Dr. Sunita S. Barve is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, MIT Academy of Engineering. She received B.Tech. in Computer Engineering with distinction in 2001 and M. Tech in Computer Engineering in 2005 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, India. She completed Ph.D in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune in October 2016 on topic "Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning Based Routing for Cognitive Radio Network".

Her expertise and research interests are in Cognitive Radio Networks, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Prediction Analysis and Multi-Agent Systems. She had received a research grant of Rs. 16,38,000/-, as a Principal Investigator on the research project, “Efficient and Enhanced Spectrum management using Cognitive Radio Network”, funded by AICTE, New Delhi under Research Promotion Scheme. She also successfully completed the research project titled, “Cognitive Radio Network using GNU Radio and Universal Software Radio Peripherals”, with research funding of Rs.1,40,000/- from BCUD, Savitribai Phule Pune University.
